Welcome To Green Go Solar
Green Go Solar, LLC. is a registered California LLC, the company was formed as an
alternative energy development company. Green Go Solar has plans to develop it's first project on a 160 acres
of Mojave desert northeast of Los Angeles which is owned by the company and its
founders into a 35 megawatt solar generator.
Green Solar Power, LLC,
has completed the first major milestones by completing the required environmental
assessment study. The completion of the study paves the way towards the
application, eventual approval and the issuance of a conditional use permit from
the county of San Bernardino for the development of the solar generator. The company’s
business model is to develop large renewable energy plants worldwide. The
Kramer Hill Project is the first of many alternative energy plants to be
designed and built by the company. The Kramer Hill project could begin
construction and become operational in 2012.
Renewable vs.
Nonrenewable Energy
Currently 82% of electricity is generated by burning finite nonrenewable
fuels (fossil 77.1%, nuclear 4.9%). Renewable energy is extremely abundant,
relatively inexhaustible, and potentially less polluting than nonrenewable.
Technologies for converting this energy to electricity are now becoming cost
competitive with fossil fuel generation. Although, most large scale renewable
energy sites are located far from population centers, current transmission line
technology is now capable of economically delivering electricity as far as 4000
miles (7000 km) from the source.
This transmitting capability allows for renewable energy generators to produce
large quantities of renewable energy and sell it to power suppliers many miles
away. Over the past three decades, electric power interconnections, known in energy circles as "grids", have
become....
